Manufacturing Facility
In order to carry out the growing demands of the Water Treatment Equipment, we have developed a state-of-art manufacturing unit. The unit is spread over a sprawling area and is well equipped with technologically advanced machinery and equipment.
Following are some of the machines that are installed at the manufacturing unit :
- Welding machines (inverter based)
- Angle grinders and lifting equipments
- Plate Bending Machine 2500 mm x 20mm
- Plate Bending Machine 2000 mm x 30mm
- Welding rectifier
- Heavy duty Central Lathe 1250 mm Center above bed
- Hydraulic Press 500 Tons capacity
- Radial drill machine(40 mm capacity)
The manufacturing unit is supported by an in-house designing unit which is aided with latest CAD / CAM software. Use of these software enable us in designing and developing of the equipment such as chemical tanks, plate separators, heat exchanger skid, dosing systems, storage tanks, piping, structural and vessels.

After being approved by the authority, the new developments are implemented at our fabrication unit.
